Reports are surfacing that the iPhone 5 will take Near Field Communication (NFC) technologies to an entirely new level. One hypothetical situation presented is that the new models will carry desktop data and settings. When owners near a Mac, they'll be able to wave their phones and all that info will load onto it, and then unloads when they walk away.
