  • Though Mark Zuckerberg has stated he's in no rush to take Facebook public, a 100-page deal memo from Goldman Sachs reveals the social network intends to pass that key 500-shareholder mark this year, putting it in a position to either go public or begin disclosing its financial results by early 2012.   • Apple's Mac App store launched yesterday with more than 1,000 apps ranging from iLife and Aperture 3 to Angry Birds and Chopper 2. Pricing varies wildly. While Aperture 3 is priced to move at $80 -- $120 less than normal -- other apps like Bejeweled 3 go for $20 and an animated graphic novel of Romeo and Juliet sells for a whopping $25.
