If you thought Redmond's rivalry with Apple (AAPL) was bitter, check out this season's offerings at Microsoft's Scroogled.com store. Items offered as Christmas gifts range from a $8 Mug ("Keep calm while we steal your data") to a $26 hoodie illustrated with a word cloud of 20 "synonyms" for scroogled ( "squeezed," "bled," "defrauded," "bamboozled," etc.).

"This whole thing makes Microsoft look bad, not Google," says Daring Fireball's John Gruber. "Who would actually buy any of this stuff?"
