* HP CEO Meg Whitman told the French newspaper Le Figaro that, if you count iPads as PCs, Apple (AAPL) will likely surpass her company as the leading PC vendor next year. * Spotify CEO Daniel Ek announced the arrival of apps to his growing music streaming service, which now reports 10 million active users, 2.5 million of which are paying subscribers.
