* As previously rumored, Nokia (NOK) announced two new Windows-based smartphones yesterday: the Lumia 800 and the cheaper Lumia 710, both destined for parts of Europe and Asia, with other models presumably coming stateside early next year. * Apple (AAPL) filed its Form 10-K, revealing that it now has nearly $82 billion in cash, market securities, and cash equivalents, 13.2 million square feet of building space -- 3 million of which belong to its numerous U.S. retail stores -- and 60,000 employees. (The Next Web)

* Groupon CEO Andrew Mason told investors that the daily deals site is replacing the worst 10% of its sales staff in hopes of nabbing better deals from merchants and ensuring further company growth. (Reuters)

* Netflix (NFLX) shares may still be struggling, but there's one area where it's leading, and that's Internet bandwidth. As per the 2011 Sandvine Internet Phenomena Report, the streaming service hogged 32% of of all "peak downstream traffic," followed closely by the likes of YouTube and BitTorrent. (VentureBeat)

* According to Google's (GOOG) latest quarterly SEC filing, the Internet giant paid $151 million for Zagat, significantly more than the $125 million previously reported by The Wall Street Journal. (Business Insider)

* Could Akamai's David Kenny be Carol Bartz's replacement over at Yahoo (YHOO)? It's even more possible now that Kenny has stepped down from his role as president after only a year on the job.
