  • Rumor of the week: Barnes and Noble may release a full-color, 7-inch, Android-powered Nook for $249 next week. (The Next Web)
  • Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, in cooperation with Amazon, Facebook and Zynga, announced a$250 million fund for entrepreneurs inventing social apps and services. (digital media wire)

  • Adobe released a widget that lets developers add HTML5 video support to their sites. (Softpedia)
  • Hulu is thinking about cutting the price for its premium subscription service, Hulu Plus, from $9.95 to $4.95. (Erictric)
